I purchased the deluxe bean/flex 10 combo plus an additional DVD. I inflated the bean according to the directions and put the DVD in that comes with it and began exercising. Within 2 minutes I noticed the bean had deflated a little bit making it difficult to perform the exercises. I inflated it a little more and tried again. The same thing happened. The bean is not much easier than the stability ball, it squeaks, sticks and pulls your skin when you wear shorts, and you slide off with exercise pants. Both DVD's skipped on every workout making it hard to follow and hear. The flex 10 was not too bad but is useless without the bean to hold it down. It is made out of cheap plastic. If you are creative you can do all of the same exercises with a resistance band and a chair. I called to send it back. Customer Service was very cooperative at first. They even offered me $40 back if I kept it. I said "no". I was given a code and told to write it on the box, cut the bean logo off the bean (Destroying the bean, they didn't even want it back.)Put everything inside the box and set it on my porch in 7 to 10 days UPS would pick it up. They never came. I called back and supposedly they put in another call request and once again UPS never came. I contacted UPS gave them the reference code and they had to record of it. I attempted several times to get the UPS tracking # from the UPS label issued from bean customer service for UPS to pick it up and someone always had an excuse why it was not able to be located. I was persistant. The box sat on my porch for 1 month getting damaged but I refused to replace it. I called back and spoke with a supervisor and it actually took me speaking to 2 different supervisors and threatening legal action to get something done. They tried to blame UPS. I guess they figured I would eventually give up and keep it. I have not received my credit yet. They said 7 to 10 business days and to go ahead and take the box and throw it away contents and all if I chose. The next phone call to them will be from my friend who happens to be an attorney if I don't see a credit on my credit card soon. I guess this is why they advertise all of this about paying to return it because they really have no intention. If this happens to you keep calling. It's a pain but the squeaky wheel always gets oiled. This is a prime example of something that is too good to be true.
