Promoted by Greer Childress a mother of 3 and now 61 (2006). They claim that by using more muscle groups at the same time you effectively get a workout 5 times greater than lifting weights. That way it only takes 7 minutes to do what used to take 30-35 minutes. There are also 7 secrets to being thin and shapely.

I HAVE EXERCISED MY ENTIRE LIFE...WHEN I SAW THE INFOMERCIAL I WAS THINKING I CAN'T BELIEVE SOMETHING SO SIMPLE WILL WORK AS WELL AS WHAT I WS DOING AT THE TIME...WELL TO MY SURPRISE THEY BOTH WORK GREAT...EVEN MY HUSBAND NOTICED THE BIG CHANGES IN MY BODY....I AM 42 YEARS OF AGE AND MY BODY IS LOOKING YOUNGER BY THE DAY, THANKS TO THESE TWO PROGRAMS THAT I DO TOGETHER EACH DAY.WHEN A WOMAN TURNS A CERTAIN AGE THERE BODY CHANGES BUT WITH THESE EXERCISES IT IS FIGHTING BACK.....THANK YOU SO MUCH GREER CHILDERS...I LOVE HER...JENNIFER
